My wife's WD_BLACK NVMe SSD is failing.

The support and RMA procedure is easy, albeit confusing.

But Western Digital/Sandisk is charging $25 non-refundable 'Convenience Fee' for an advanced RMA replacement. That's pretty sucky.

Over 24 hours later I finally got notification of the new drive shipping. I paid for two day, so that's at least 3.
